Exeter women’s football club is growing in numbers every season, with a lively social atmosphere that runs along side competing at high levels in both BUCS and Sunday league games. The 2010-2011 season saw a brilliant performance by both the BUCS team and the Sunday League team. The coming season we are looking to be promoted within the BUCS league after finishing as strong contenders for promotion this season in only second place. The highlight of the season was by far winning the league cup, only further proving that we have the potential to be the best team in the BUCS league.
On Sundays we play in the Devon women’s premier league, which give us an opportunity to mix both 1st and 2nd teams in a more relaxed environment.
Every Wednesday there is a themed social, ending up in timepiece with the other sports teams. Football will be a great opportunity for you to get involved in a sports team at University; we involve every one of all abilities both socially and on the pitch.
